Technical & Commercial Asset Management
In our control center, we use technical and financial data to optimize the operational planning and to provide in-depth performance analysis of the projects. We have internally developed our BlueSky monitoring platform to analyze and enhance performance – in the past, present and future, using comprehensive and transparent reporting. We use data analytics and machine learning to pinpoint anomalies, monitor and troubleshoot performance and detect issues before they occur.
Energy Management
We provide a comprehensive range of energy management services, including hedging, PPA negotiation, energy trading, financing, REC trading, and accounting. We follow an Active Energy Management approach to make key decisions that maximize the value of the projects. Our robust back office and full regulatory compliance have been instrumental in successfully closing long-term PPA deals.
Hybridization & Repowering
Our hybridization services include the design and implementation of integrated solutions that combine renewable energy sources—like solar and wind—with battery storage systems, maximizing energy output and reliability. For repowering services we assess all site constraints, legal and technical considerations, and economic factors to upgrade existing infrastructure including defining the ideal schedule to boost efficiency and extend operational life. Our team can manage the entire development process such us obtaining land contracts, administrative permits and management of community relationships.
Development & Construction
We offer comprehensive end-to-end project management services that encompass the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial concept through to construction. Our team evaluates potential project sites according to a wide range of criteria: technical, financial and also in terms of the applicable regulations with the target to originate projects. We manage all permitting process, grid connection, agreements with stakeholders and management of community relationships to bring projects to RtB status, having also a proven track record of negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers and service providers to finally handle the construction of the project and its commissioning withing budget and timing.
Operation & Maintenance
Our O&M services span operations, warranty packages, real-time monitoring, predictive technologies, and incident management across renewable assets. Our operational supervision guarantees that all subsystems are functioning effectively, triggering alarms for any non-availability. We implement predictive maintenance using advanced techniques such as vibration, infrared, and oil analysis. We use a cloud-based platform that provides unparalleled asset transparency and allows us to simulate plant performance using historical and on-site data to establish expected performance.
Origination & Structuring
We form long-term partnerships with institutional investors and industrial groups to grow their energy and digital infrastructure portfolios across Europe. Under framework agreements, our local teams source, structure, and deliver investment opportunities across every geography, asset maturity, and risk profile, drawing on end-to-end value chain presence to shape each opportunity around a partner's return profile and manage it long after closing. We apply the same model in digital infrastructure and, through our Industrial Solutions team, in behind-the-meter projects for large energy consumers.
